Life is not simple nor is it a straight line from here to there. My goal is to help you navigate the road to the safe haven you seek.

Who Benefits From Therapy
Everyone knows someone who struggles with or has a mental health condition. The problem seems to be that we treat the body separate from the mind. Thus the challenge of insurance covering mental healthcare at the same level as physical health problems. In working with individuals or families it is important to treat the whole person.
“One in five adults have a mental health condition. Rates of youth depression is on the rise, with an increase of 2.6% nationally from 2011-2014 (MHA)”
I also have extensive training and experience with substance abuse. For those who have co-occurring/dual diagnosis I strive to help you and your support system navigate the waters of recovery and mental health care services. As a member of NAMI (National Alliance of Mental Illness) I am an advocate for those who cannot advocate for themselves. With resources and therapy clients can and do live fulfilling lives.
